Job Summary

Oversee the development and implementation of social development initiatives and programs aimed at empowering the community and enhancing the role of both for-profit and non-profit associations in achieving social and economic impact, while ensuring alignment with national strategies and Saudi Vision 2030

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for social development programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Build and strengthen sustainable partnerships with charitable, for-profit, and non-profit associations to ensure sectoral integration.
  3. Monitor the performance of associations and provide support to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of services delivered to beneficiaries.
  4. Design and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that add measurable value to the community.
  5. Assess the social and economic impact of programs and initiatives and prepare periodic reports for decision-makers.
  6. Supervise awareness campaigns and volunteer initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with government entities and the private sector.
  7. Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing charitable and non-profit organizations.
  8. Provide recommendations to improve policies and regulations that contribute to the empowerment of for-profit and non-profit associations.
  9. Lead and develop work teams to achieve established objectives.
  10. Represent the organization in official meetings and forums related to the non-profit sector and social development
Qualifications & Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Sociology, Social Development, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in social development, association management, or corporate social responsibility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the non-profit sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in project management and measuring social and economic impact.
  • Strong skills in partnership development and stakeholder engagement

  • Leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to design and implement community programs and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in preparing studies, reports, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and institutional relationship-building skills.
