Experience

  • 4–6 years in digital communications, brand marketing, or content (FinTech, SaaS, or financial services preferred).
  • Exposure to executive communications and B2B storytelling is highly desirable.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in digital marketing, analytics, or product marketing is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional writing and editing for professional audiences.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn strategy, digital storytelling, and community activation.
  • Familiarity with Canva/Figma, CMS tools (WordPress/HubSpot), and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel content workflows and coordinate cross-functionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Visibility & Strategy

  • Lead digital communications across LinkedIn, website, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop an integrated content calendar aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
  • Ensure message accuracy, tone consistency, and professionalism across all channels.

Founder Brand Building

  • Partner with founders to plan, draft, and manage thought-leadership and executive content.
  • Coordinate cadence, approvals, and engagement to strengthen founder visibility with investors, clients, and talent.

Community & Advocacy (UGC)

  • Design and execute user-generated content programs highlighting client success stories and referrals.
  • Build and nurture engagement spaces (e.g., curated groups, newsletters) to foster a user community.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Client Success teams to identify and activate brand advocates.

Content Production & Coordination

  • Create and edit written and visual content in-house; manage agency partners for larger creative assets.
  • Maintain and update website content in sync with product launches and campaigns.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, referral impact).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
