Social & Digital Media Executive
Position Overview
The Social & Digital Media Executive is responsible for managing the organization’s online presence across all social media platforms, developing engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. This role supports brand-building, lead generation, and overall digital communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, promotions, awareness campaigns).
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams for campaign requirements.
- Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
3. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop written content, captions, and ideas for photos, videos, reels, and posts.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to generate fresh ideas.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance of social media channels.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, and ad performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
5. Community Engagement
- Handle customer queries and comments professionally on all platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with online audience and communities.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors when needed.
6. Website & SEO Support (Optional/If Required)
- Assist in updating website content and landing pages.
- Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimization.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in managing major social media platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Basic graphic designing or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools preferred).
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to analyze metrics and generate performance reports.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
