Role Overview We're looking for a Social Growth Partner to help build Lea & Leo through organic social—primarily TikTok. This is not a traditional "social media manager" role. You will own content, growth, and performance across social channels, with a direct impact on revenue. You'll work closely with the founder (who handles Shopify, CRO, analytics, and operations) while you focus on creating content that drives traffic, trust, and sales.

What You'll Own

  • Create and publish short-form content (TikTok-first)
  • Test hooks, formats, and content angles daily
  • Develop skincare-focused content (routines, education, problem/solution)
  • Turn product benefits into engaging, high-performing content
  • Engage with comments and community
  • Identify and iterate on winning content patterns
  • Repurpose content to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Collaborate with UGC creators to increase content volume

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of TikTok / short-form content
  • Experience creating content that performs (views, engagement, conversions)
  • Interest or experience in skincare / beauty (preferred)
  • Ability to move fast, test ideas, and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable being on camera (or directing content)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—this is a build-from-zero opportunity

What This Is NOT

  • Not a passive posting/scheduling role
  • Not purely aesthetic/content-only
  • Not a corporate marketing position This is a growth + performance role tied to real business outcomes

Compensation Structure (Built for Early Stage Growth)

Phase 1: Build & Validate (0 → ~$10K/month)

  • Revenue share: 10–20% of revenue driven from organic social
  • No fixed salary (or small base optional depending on experience)
  • Focus: testing content, finding what works

Phase 2: Traction & Scale (~$10K → $30K/month)

  • Revenue share increases to 15–25% performance-based
  • Optional base introduced ($500–$1,500/month)
  • Performance bonuses tied to revenue milestones

Phase 3: Scale & Ownership ($30K+/month)

  • Transition to hybrid model (base + performance)
  • Opportunity for equity (5–15%) based on performance and long-term fit
  • Defined leadership role in brand growth

Equity Structure (If Applicable)

  • Equity offered after proven performance (typically 60–90 days)
  • Vesting structure to ensure long-term alignment
  • Designed for someone who wants to help build a real brand
