Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Account Handler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, interacting with online audiences, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content according to the content calendar.
• Create engaging captions, post descriptions, and basic content ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing team members to ensure consistent branding.
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools is preferred.

• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
