About This Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our digital marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring that all social media activities are executed effectively.
Job Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong communication and trust.

Oversee the execution of social media strategies to ensure they align with client objectives and brand identity.

Coordinate with content creators, designers, and media buyers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Review content calendars and campaign materials before sharing with clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital or social media agency.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content workflows, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or scheduling tools.
