The Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Account Manager to lead social strategy and client relationships.
You’ll focus primarily on managing and growing client social media accounts — creating content plans, writing captions, and keeping each brand’s online presence active and authentic.

While social media is your main focus, you’ll also collaborate with our ads, design, and SEO teams to keep every client’s marketing strategy cohesive and effective.

This role is remote-flexible but requires you to live in Arizona for occasional in-person shoots and meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client social media accounts and monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions and ensure brand consistency
• Schedule posts using Rella, Meta Business Suite or a app that you use
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
• Track performance and suggest proactive improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients (agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Based in Arizona with flexibility for in-person collaborations

Compensation & Growth

• $500 per account per month (paid per active client)
