Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, calendar creation, caption writing, client communication, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Manage multiple social media accounts for different clients
• Act as the main point of contact in client WhatsApp/Slack/email groups
• Understand each client’s brand voice, target audience, and goals
• Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally

Content Planning & Creation

• Create monthly content calendars for client approval
• Write engaging, conversion-focused captions
• Suggest content ideas, trends, and campaign strategies
• Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors (if applicable)
• Ensure timely posting and scheduling

Strategy & Performance

• Develop customized content strategies for each client
• Monitor engagement and growth
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on analytics

Preferred Skills

• Basic design knowledge (Canva or similar)
• Understanding of paid ads strategy
• Experience handling client groups and managing expectations
• Knowledge of branding and positioning

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong caption writing and content planning skills
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Experience using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
