🎯 Job Title: Social Media Analyst

📍 Location: Bahria Town Civic Centre, Phase 4

🕐 Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time Night Shift ( 8PM to 5 AM)

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

As a Social Media Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between creative content and data-driven insights. You’ll monitor, measure, and analyze social media performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads to inform strategies that grow our reach and impact.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Track, measure, and analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth across all platforms

Compile and submit weekly performance reports every Friday

Identify trends in content performance, audience behavior, and competitor activity

Monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, and community interactions

Provide data-backed recommendations for content themes, posting times, and campaign improvements

Maintain and update UGC libraries and influencer tracking sheets

Collaborate with the creative team to optimize content based on performance data

Suggest hashtag strategies, campaign ideas, and growth experiments

Analyze the performance of specific initiatives like Mystique Mondays, Tutorial Tuesdays, etc.

🛠 Tools You'll Work With:

Meta Business Suite, Metricool, or similar analytics/scheduling tools

Google Sheets + Google Drive for tracking and reporting

CapCut, InShot, Canva (basic understanding of content formats)

✅ Strong understanding of platform algorithms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts)

✅ Familiar with beauty, haircare, and clean living communities

✅ Comfortable working cross-functionally with content creators and marketers

✅ Confident in identifying actionable insights and communicating them clearly
