Social media and Content writer Specialist

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write engaging, high-quality content for blog posts, property listings, landing pages, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email newsletters, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Oqnor's social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, and posting content that highlights our real estate services, properties, and industry news.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content aligns with Oqnor’s brand voice and messaging, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality service in real estate.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to foster community engagement.
  • SEO Content Strategy: Create SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and audience preferences, incorporating relevant keywords, industry news, and consumer insights into your content.
  • Photography & Video Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate visual content, such as property photos, virtual tours, and video snippets, that can be shared on social media.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all channels and a cohesive messaging strategy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure engagement, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the SEO and digital marketing teams to ensure all content supports broader marketing objectives and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience using social media management and tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to write optimized content for web and blog posts.
  • Strong research skills to create relevant and engaging content for our target audience.
  • Familiarity with real estate jargon, property features, and the local market is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
