As a Social Media Analyst, you’ll support campaign reporting, performance tracking, and analytics for various projects — including work for three major retail brands.
You’ll help keep our campaigns measurable, our insights actionable, and our data neatly structured.
Key Responsibilities

Track and report performance for ongoing and completed social media campaigns.

Analyze engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and project-specific reports for 3+ retail brands.

Identify trends, insights, and benchmarks to help the team optimize content and campaign strategies.

Maintain organized records of campaign details — including platforms, formats, KPIs, and results.

Conduct competitor scans, social listening, and landscape research for upcoming projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to align reporting formats and performance tracking methods.
