• Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
• Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and photography
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain consistent online presence
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights for content optimization
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to improve content discoverability and search engine rankings
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies
• Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while optimizing ad performance for maximum engagement
• Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing
• Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product-focused and business content that drives conversions and enhances online sales

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation including graphics, videos, and photography
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research techniques, social listening tools, and web analytics platforms
• Strong graphic design skills
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to maintain high-quality content standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in relationship management or public relations is a plus but not mandatory
