Social Media & Content Creator (Part-Time, $25/hr | 2 Days/Week)

Location: Lutz (Carrollwood) & Land O’ Lakes, FL
Compensation: $25/hour | Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week

Are you a creative bilingual content creator who loves health, wellness, and social media? Our medical clinic is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone with both talent and initiative to take over all video content creation, editing, and social posting for multiple practitioners and owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Film short-form videos, educational clips, and patient-friendly content on-site at both offices (1 day per location per week)
• Edit videos using CapCut (required) and create engaging captions, hooks, and graphics using Canva
• Manage and grow five total accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Schedule and post content consistently (2 videos per week per account) using a scheduling platform (Later, Metricool, or similar)
• Link all accounts with Linktree and keep branding cohesive
• Brainstorm new ideas, trends, and formats for social growth in the health and wellness space
• Collaborate with the clinic team to capture content that highlights the practitioners, patient success stories, and behind-the-scenes culture

Requirements:

• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Experience managing multiple accounts and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Comfortable filming, directing, and editing in-person video content
• Reliable transportation between our Land O’ Lakes and Carrollwood offices
• Strong attention to detail, creative eye for design and storytelling
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable filming with medical professionals on camera

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Knowledge of Linktree, email marketing, or basic SEO
• Experience creating engaging health, fitness, or lifestyle content
• Familiarity with short-form video trends and analytics

Sample Schedule:

• Tuesdays: Carrollwood office
• Thursdays: Land O’ Lakes office

(Exact days flexible depending on clinic needs)

Compensation:

• $25/hour
• Approximately 16 hours per week (8 hours per office)
• Opportunity for growth into a full-time position
