Job Overview
The Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic social media and content initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Agency clients. This role blends creativity and analytics—overseeing content creation, managing social channels, and aligning client campaigns with their overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media and content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) within Social Bee.
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach, grow audiences, and increase engagement.

Content Development

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content including social posts, blogs, videos, graphics, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with Agency team and clients on design, video, and creative to ensure content supports key campaigns and maintains consistent brand voice.
  • Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and social listening for client portfolio.
  • Track trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content decisions.
  • Manage content planning process and client approval/revision process.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc).
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with Agency team, clients, or external resources to align marketing efforts and overall campaign strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members or freelancers
  • Provide creative strategies, campaign design and ideation to support client marketing and overarching company objectives and goals.
  • Provide Account Management, supported by Agency team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing successful cross-platform campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Social Bee, Hey Orca, etc.) and CMS/design platforms (WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc).
  • Highly experienced in Photography and videography
  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Paid social and/or influencer marketing experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
