Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Event Coordinator to elevate our brand presence through innovative digital marketing strategies and engaging events. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments using Google and internal tools.
- Work with Marketing manager to create compelling multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts. That help create visually appealing stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for continuous campaign improvement.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) by researching relevant keywords and applying best practices in content creation to enhance online visibility.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events—both virtual and in-person—that align with brand goals; oversee logistics from concept development to post-event analysis.
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, influencers, and community stakeholders to maximize outreach opportunities.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance metrics; analyze data to refine strategies for better results.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns targeting specific demographics to boost event attendance or promote key initiatives.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels by ensuring visual identity standards are met in all content.
- Proofread all communications for accuracy and clarity before publication; ensure messaging aligns with organizational voice and values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social listening techniques and tools to monitor brand reputation effectively.
- Experience in event planning—from conceptualization through execution—demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform and experience running targeted ad campaigns is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
