D3 is a New York based branch of Diam international, an industry leader in retail displays for prestige and luxury brands. We provide merchandising solutions for all types of distribution. We develop brand projects from A to Z, including consulting, design, production, installation, and in-store services. Project research, development, and manufacturing all happen onsite with support from local and international vendors.
Job Description
We are seeking a creative professional to support our marketing efforts through social media and graphic design. This position combines hands-on design, content creation, photography, and video editing into one high-impact role. You will help shape how our brand shows up across both digital and print channels. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and takes initiative without needing to be asked. Our marketing department is evolving, and changing business needs require someone who can problem-solve, move quickly, and execute with confidence. This role offers the opportunity to bring ideas to life from concept through execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Responsive websites

-Branding elements ( i.e. logos, signage, etc.)
-Physical advertising ( i.e. brochures, catalogs, etc.)
Specific responsibilities will include:
● Capture photo and video content at offices, retail locations, and events (travel required)
● Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities
● Plan, create, and publish social content across LinkedIn and Instagram for the Americas region and its brands
● Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting ideas to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final assets
● Edit photos and videos for marketing use using tools such as Adobe, Canva, and CapCut
● Ideate new content concepts, test trends, and experiment with formats to improve engagement and performance within brand guidelines
● Write captions aligned with brand voice and platform best practices
● Track and review performance metrics and use insights to improve future content
● Design marketing assets including websites, brochures, dashboards, presentations, and other print and digital materials
● Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written outputs while embracing platform-specific styles
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing needs across the business
● Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Organize, maintain, and manage creative assets and content libraries
● Bring a positive, proactive, can-do attitude to every project
Software Proficiency Requirement
· Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
· Proficiency in MAC and PC platforms
· Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Capcut)
· Experience using Figma for interface designs
· Proficiency with Project Management software ( i.e. Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Asana)
· Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields
● 1 to 4 years of experience in content, social media, graphic design, or other creative roles
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools
● High attention to detail with a strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and shifting priorities
● Confident collaborating with others and guiding teammates during shoots or recordings
● Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera
● Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to roll with feedback and change
● A proactive problem-solver who stays solutions-focused and keeps momentum moving
Job Requirements:
· The role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position during shifts at a desk and/or computer.
· The Role requires the ability to stand and remain on your feet for long periods of time.
· The role requires frequent travel to client and company sites outside of the home office.
