About Us

Joyfolie is a design-driven fashion brand entering its next chapter of growth. We are refining our brand presence, elevating our digital experience, and launching new product lines — including a second intention-based lifestyle brand.

We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Designer to support both ongoing creative execution and new launches.

We welcome applicants at all levels — from entry-level and junior designers to experienced or specialized creatives. Compensation will reflect experience, skill level, and scope of contribution.

Role Overview

This position will begin as an hourly role ($22–$38/hour).

There is strong potential for long-term collaboration and transition into a salaried position if the partnership proves to be a strong fit.

We are seeking someone who can be responsive during business hours and move quickly on deliverables. Momentum matters in our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing social media graphics (posts, stories, launch visuals)
• Creating website banners and homepage updates
• Developing email marketing graphics
• Designing paid ad creatives (Meta, Google)
• Supporting product launches visually
• Preparing clean, organized files for web and occasional print/packaging
• Maintaining brand consistency across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design eye (clean, elevated, conversion-focused)
• Understanding of social media layout and CTA hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop required)
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Organized, dependable, and responsive
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Bonus if you have:

• Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience
• Shopify familiarity
• Packaging or print file preparation experience
• Paid ads creative experience
