We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop conceptual interior designs using tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD.
- Handle procurement, creating proposals, order, POs, using Studio Designer.
- Assist in preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations that incorporate color theory, lighting design, and space planning principles.
- Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design) to create visual presentations and mood boards that communicate design ideas effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during renovation and remodeling phases to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Contribute to drafting specifications for lighting sales, fixtures, materials, and finishes while adhering to client preferences and budgets.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation using Bluebeam or CAD software for seamless collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design), and Studio Designer is required.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, and space planning.
- Experience or familiarity with drafting techniques, construction processes, remodeling projects, and contracts is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about project management practices such as budgeting and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
