Position - Junior Interior Designer (Sales + Design)

Company - Interior Company by Square Yards UAE

Location - Dubai | Onsite | Full-time

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer (based in UAE) with 1+ years of experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking events

Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.

Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions that align with client specifications and company capabilities

Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.

Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for management review.

Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey design concepts

Ability to build and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
