Role Overview
The Luxury Off‑Plan Sales Specialist advises affluent buyers and investors on premium new‑development projects across Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on early‑stage sales, investment analysis, and guiding clients through the full off‑plan purchase journey—from launch to handover. Success requires strong developer relationships, market intelligence, and the ability to communicate the long‑term value of luxury off‑plan assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Advisory for Off‑Plan Investments — Understand client goals and provide tailored recommendations on upcoming launches, premium master communities, and high‑value investment opportunities.
- Developer & Project Expertise — Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s leading developers, project timelines, payment plans, construction progress, and exclusive launch phases.
- Sales of Luxury Off‑Plan Properties — Manage the full sales cycle for new developments, including launch events, unit selection, reservation, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Market Analysis — Track pricing trends, ROI projections, rental yields, and capital appreciation potential to support clients in making informed decisions.
- Lead Generation & Networking — Build a strong pipeline through digital channels, referrals, private events, and partnerships with wealth advisors and corporate clients.
- Launch Event Participation — Represent the company at developer launches, VIP previews, and private sales events to secure priority access for clients.
- Documentation & Compliance — Coordinate reservation forms, SPA processes, and regulatory requirements in line with UAE real estate laws.
- Client Relationship Management — Maintain long‑term relationships, providing updates on construction progress, handover timelines, and future investment opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales, ideally within the UAE luxury segment.
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s major developers, master communities, and upcoming projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain payment plans, investment returns, and project timelines clearly and confidently.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or European languages are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
