Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This hybrid role bridges digital marketing and business development — focusing on driving high-quality leads through targeted online campaigns, social media management, and strategic outreach initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google), optimizing social media presence, and implementing effective lead generation strategies that align with Techversol’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries within the tech and software domains.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid ads).
  • Utilize outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, and networking) to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and identify potential fits for Techversol’s software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign performance.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, ad creatives, and messaging for better ROI.
  • Work with the creative team to produce compelling content, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, evaluate performance data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, or lead generation (preferably in tech or software industries).
  • Proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, sales prospecting, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in game marketing or B2B tech/software services.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and SEO principles.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
