We are looking for a Marketing Officer who is creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven — someone who can manage digital platforms, campaigns, and content creation end-to-end while supporting the company’s growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations — content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, and digital creatives.
• Edit and produce short videos and reels for campaigns, events, and brand promotion.
• Generate leads through targeted campaigns and strategic digital initiatives.
• Manage and update the company website regularly (WordPress).
• Oversee CRM systems for student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with management to plan, analyze, and improve marketing performance.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an education or service industry.
• Proficiency in:
• Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Video Editing (CapCut, or similar tools)
• Social Media Management (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Campaign & Lead Management (Meta Ads experience preferred)
• Website Development & Maintenance (WordPress or similar)
• CRM Tools (CRM platforms)
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong sense of creativity, initiative, and ownership.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
