Location: DMCHS Tariq Road, Karachi.
Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Job Type: On-Site (Night Shift)
Target: $5k – $10k

About the Role

As an Upsell Executive at Paradigm Digital Solutions, you will focus on strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth by identifying and pitching value-added eBook services. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them unlock more impact from their digital publishing efforts while ensuring upsell targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to position tailored eBook solutions.

Upselling & Revenue Growth

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., enhanced design, marketing packages, distribution channels, multiple formats).
• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear ROI for clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly upsell targets of $5k–$10k.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with internal teams (content, design, marketing) to package and deliver high-value solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new upsell offers and pricing strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track upsell performance and client satisfaction metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on revenue growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or client success (preferably in publishing, digital content, or marketing services).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue/upsell targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with digital publishing, eBook platforms, or content services is a plus.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Academic background in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• A problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude.
