Social Media and Marketing Assistant Part Time

Duties

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media channels.
• Monitor social listening platforms to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and insights.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals
• Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, increasing organic reach.
• Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report results.
• Support public relations, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for branding consistency and messaging clarity.
• Experience in social listening, relationship management, and public relations is highly desirable.
