Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, creative, and execution-focused Social Media & Marketing Associate to take ownership of our online presence and contribute directly to business growth.

This role goes beyond posting content. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate real results—more visibility, stronger brand presence, and increased client and patient acquisition.

While this role is heavily focused on digital marketing and social media strategy, the ideal candidate is also comfortable stepping into real-world marketing and relationship-building efforts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories, campaigns)
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement
  • Manage online reputation, reviews, and audience interaction

Creative Marketing & Growth

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote different service lines (medical, wellness, hospitality, etc.)
  • Identify new growth opportunities across digital platforms
  • Assist in branding, messaging, and positioning across all companies under Serenity Holdings

Traditional & In-Person Marketing (as needed)

  • Support community outreach efforts and local partnerships
  • Assist with event marketing, networking, and relationship building
  • Participate in on-site marketing initiatives to drive referrals and business growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with content creation (video editing, design tools, etc.)
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to step outside of digital marketing when needed to support growth efforts

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,990.24 per year
