Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to ensure effective communication and relationship management across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Conduct social listening to track brand mentions and industry trends while responding to audience inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and maintaining relationships with influencers.
• Proofread all content to ensure clarity, consistency, branding alignment, and adherence to company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, photography, video editing, and graphic design.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong skills in content creation with a portfolio showcasing graphic design work or photography.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media advertising techniques is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Hootsuite, Buffer application, Google Analytics, and video editing software is highly desirable.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
