<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing/Sales Coordinator to drive our brand presence and sales growth across digital platforms. <Responsibilities>
- Daily Content Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
- Community Engagement: Act as the voice of Morehouse by actively monitoring channels, responding to comments and direct messages promptly, and engaging with followers and industry partners. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling timely responses and strategic adjustments.
- Performance Tracking: Track weekly social media KPI's and generate monthly reports to identify top-performing campaign content. Manage social media scheduling, ensuring consistent posting schedules that align with campaign goals.
- Visual Asset Coordination: Work closely with the design team or use in-house tools (like Canva) to produce compelling visual assets and optimize all content for mobile viewing. Design engaging graphics and videos for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events through video editing and photography skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Senior Executives to create demand and recognition for the Company and its products.
- Provide weekly updates to the CEO on sales and marketing performance.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and brand awareness (Morehouse products, Atomic brands).
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts are cutting-edge.
<Qualifications>
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar applications.
- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques including keyword research and content optimization for search engines.
- Ability to analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
- Skills in video editing and photography are highly desirable for creating engaging multimedia content.
- A proactive attitude with strong relationship management skills to collaborate across teams.
