Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is vital in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation techniques to elevate our online presence across various channels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
  • Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing tools).
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts and website content.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases and manage relationship management initiatives with media outlets and influencers.
  • Oversee branding efforts across digital channels to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and managing online campaigns.
  • Proofread all content before publication to maintain high-quality standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing best practices including Facebook Advertising and content creation strategies.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research for SEO optimization and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills for public relations and relationship management activities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
