Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. Duties
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage daily social media activities including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Design graphics and multimedia content for digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and other tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, media outreach efforts, and manage relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels by maintaining visual standards and messaging guidelines.
- Manage e-commerce integrations by promoting products/services through targeted social media marketing efforts.
- Edit videos for social media platforms using video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics is highly desirable.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager for creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally across teams as well as externally with partners or clients.
