Job Description:

VIFHE is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Website Manager to manage our online presence across social platforms and handle regular updates on our CMS-based website. The ideal candidate should have strong content, design, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

• Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Design engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Engage with followers (comments, messages, inquiries).
• Collaborate with design/marketing teams for campaigns.

Website / CMS Management

• Update website banners, pages, images, and text regularly.
• Manage CMS-based website content (WordPress or similar).
• Ensure site content is visually appealing, accurate, and up to date.
• Coordinate with developers for technical updates when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and basic website/CMS handling.
• Ability to design creative posts (Canva or similar tools).
• Understanding of website CMS platforms.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience with paid ads (optional but a plus).
• Understanding of digital trends and tools.
