Social Media Marketing Manager (Client-Facing Role)

Location: On-site (as required)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager who excels in client communication, performance reporting, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling client calls, presenting marketing strategies, and delivering clear performance audits. This role requires hands-on experience managing Google Ads, social media campaigns, and coordinating with SEO teams to ensure consistent growth and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Communication & Management

  • Confidently speak with clients over Zoom/Google Meet calls
  • Present campaign insights, performance metrics, and growth strategies
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans

✔ Campaign & Ads Management

  • Set up, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition

✔ Reporting & Audits

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Conduct marketing audits with actionable recommendations
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ads Manager

✔ SEO Coordination

  • Work closely with in-house/outsource SEO experts
  • Track rankings, on-page tasks, off-page efforts, and technical execution
  • Ensure consistent keyword growth and website optimization strategy

✔ Daily Operations

  • Manage content schedules, ad assets, and creative briefs
  • Monitor live campaigns and make improvements to maximize ROI
  • Identify new opportunities in funnels, targeting, and messaging

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)

Proven experience managing live PPC campaigns and social media ads

Familiar with SEO processes and able to manage SEO specialists

Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics / GA4

Ability to prepare professional audit reports and data-driven insights

Must be proactive, organized, and performance-oriented

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools

Ability to script briefs for designers and copywriters

Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and lead generation strategies
