Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities through social listening and relationship management.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive branding across all communications.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Assist in graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing posts.
• Edit videos and photographs for use in social media campaigns.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content creation, graphic design, and public relations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
