Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Medical Spa & Medical Practice Marketing Coordinator

Location: Flemington/Hillsborough, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part Time

About Us:
We are a growing medical spa and healthcare practice dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic and medical services in a patient-focused, professional environment. We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team and help elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives for both our medical spa and medical practice. This role requires a blend of creativity and organization, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, print materials, and collaboration with our website team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with brand strategy
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Write and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with external or internal website team to update website content, promotions, and service pages
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and patient communications
  • Capture in-office photos/videos for marketing use
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in aesthetics and healthcare marketing

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience is preffered but new graduates or collere studedents in marketing are welcom (medical, aesthetics, or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress or similar is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

  • Photography and videography experience
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
  • Graphic design experience
