Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
We are a leading orthodontic business seeking to add a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and via various marketing events. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media channels, and implement innovative marketing strategies to engage our target audiences including children and adults. Your creativity and analytical skills will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. Duties

  • Plan and manage fun and educational in person marketing events at our office and via external venues.
  • Coordinate all marketing support for professional speaking events led by the doctor.
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity, informing future campaigns.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and report results.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate branding efforts, manage relationship management initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Create multimedia content including videos and photography to diversify marketing assets and tell compelling brand stories.
  • Oversee social media management tasks ensuring timely responses, community engagement, and reputation management.

Experience

  • Experience planning, coordinating and executing marketing events with audiences ranging from 10 to 50 people.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content creation.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
