Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Duties

  • Develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, and other design software programs to enhance content quality.
  • Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for strategic insights.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing tools.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to develop branding initiatives and manage relationship building with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Engage in photography and video editing to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating compelling product descriptions and promotional content for online stores.

Skills

  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all published content.
  • Strong relationship management skills for influencer outreach and public relations efforts.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies including branding, social media marketing, and e-commerce promotion.
