Job Overview
This is a dynamic, creative role for a social media-savvy marketing professional. The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will help to coordinate MOBO’s brand presence across all digital and print platforms—developing compelling content, managing paid advertising, supporting video production and SEO, and serving as a brand ambassador who visits our Ohio-area locations regularly to capture authentic content and connect with our teams.
This role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability for events, shoots, and promotions. Travel to MOBO locations throughout Ohio is expected approximately one day per week. Some cross-coverage with our call center team is required to support lead follow-up and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Channel Management
- Create, curate, and schedule original content across all MOBO social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with promotions, service launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand voice.
- Produce high-quality static graphics, carousels, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content using tools such as Canva and Capcut.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, community engagement, inbox monitoring, and comment responses to maintain an active and authentic brand presence.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, track social media trends, and bring fresh content ideas and platform-specific strategies to the team.
- Monitor and report on channel performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares) and use data to continuously refine content strategy.
- Work with influencers when required.
Graphic Design & Visual Brand Identity
- Update digital and print assets including social graphics, promotional flyers, email headers, event materials, signage, menus, and patient-facing collateral.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to MOBO’s brand standards, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, and tone across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal campaigns, new service launches, and special event promotions to develop cohesive visual campaigns.
- Source and manage a library of photography and video assets; coordinate or participate in on-site content shoots at MOBO locations throughout Ohio.
Paid Advertising & Ad Management
- Create and manage paid social advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, including ad creative development, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Write compelling ad copy and design attention-grabbing visuals optimized for each platform and campaign objective.
- Monitor ad performance daily, making data-informed adjustments to targeting, creative, and budget to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with management to set campaign goals, define target audiences, and report on key performance indicators including cost-per-lead, click-through rate, and return on ad spend.
- Coordinate retargeting strategies in alignment with the CRM and lead management system.
Video Content, SEO & Blogging
- Collaborate with the team on planning, filming, and editing short-form and long-form video content including treatment walkthroughs, provider spotlights, patient education series, and promotional clips.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and on-location filming during site visits to MOBO locations.
- Edit video content for use across social platforms, website, email marketing, and YouTube.
- Research and write SEO-optimized blog content on topics relevant to aesthetics, wellness, weight management, and hormonal health to drive organic search traffic.
- Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and Google Business Profile management to improve local search visibility across all MOBO locations.
- Work with management to develop and maintain a content calendar that integrates blog, video, and social content strategy.
Email, Print & Campaign Coordination
- Support the development and scheduling of drip email campaigns, monthly e-blasts, and SMS promotions using designated marketing platforms.
- Design email templates and manage contact lists, segmentation, and deliverability monitoring.
- Assist in coordinating print media projects including brochures, rack cards, direct mailers, and in-office promotional materials.
- Manage established vendor relationships with printers and media partners as needed.
- Coordinate patient events, seasonal promotions, open houses, and in-office activations from a marketing execution standpoint.
Lead Follow-Up & CRM Support
- Provide cross-coverage support with the call center team by following up with inbound web leads, social media inquiries, and ad-generated leads through phone, text, and email when requested.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of lead status, follow-up history, and appointment disposition within the CRM and lead management system.
- Help ensure marketing-generated leads are properly handed off to the scheduling team and tracked through conversion.
- Support reporting on marketing campaign lead generation, cost-per-acquisition, and conversion rates to inform future strategy.
Site Visits & Field Content Production
- Travel to MOBO office locations throughout Ohio approximately one day per week to capture authentic photo and video content, connect with local teams, and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct on-site content shoots featuring providers, treatments, facility highlights, and team culture.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each location’s in-office materials, digital displays, and patient-facing communications are current and on-brand.

- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, health, or wellness industry is a significant plus.
- A self-starter attitude with a creative eye and genuine passion for social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Professional, presentable, and comfortable interacting with patients, providers, and franchise partners during site visits.
- Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license without restrictions that limit your ability to perform job duties.
