Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms
• Create and manage a content calendar, collaborating with local and corporate team on initiatives, promotions, and events.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand voice.
• Manage daily social media activities
• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
• Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, responding promptly to engage with our audience.

Experience

• Familiarity with Canva for graphic design tasks
• Familiarity with Reels (or equivalent) for video editing tasks
• Knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO techniques and their application in content creation.
• Previous experience or coursework in digital marketing or communications is beneficial but not required.
• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
• A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
