Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, utilizing skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback through social listening tools to inform content strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations and e-commerce to align messaging and branding efforts.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and creating visually appealing graphics.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts in all content produced.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles including SEO, branding, and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management and public relations.
