Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for design and analytics.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and audience sentiment.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Perform keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve organic visibility.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media best practices.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and branding consistency before publication.
  • Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across social channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for proofreading content.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and keyword research methodologies.
  • Experience in public relations or branding is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to inform strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for photography or video editing is desirable but not mandatory. Pay: $61,854.13 - $74,490.99 per year
