Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and audience engagement through social listening techniques.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
- Engage in public relations efforts to enhance the brand’s reputation online
- Capture high-quality photography and video editing for use in social media campaigns.
- Foster relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including content creation, branding, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
