Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media posts.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Engage with followers through relationship management to foster community growth and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, and public relations to inform strategy development.
- Create video content as needed, utilizing video editing skills for platforms like Instagram Stories or TikTok.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is essential.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research techniques is a plus.
- Experience in photography or videography is highly desirable for creating original content.
