Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks related to social media content.
  • Engage in social listening to understand audience sentiment and respond appropriately to inquiries or comments.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in digital marketing, and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including content creation, graphic design, video editing, and photography.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,051.00 - $75,093.68 per year
