Social Media and Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Manager to join our team at Supreme Lending – Dallas Branch 150. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, content creation, and showcasing personality-driven moments through social media.

You’ll help lead our marketing strategy, manage content across all platforms, and create authentic, engaging videos that bring our office culture and brand to life. We want our followers to see the people and energy behind the mortgage process — not just the paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage daily content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts and branding strategy
• Identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and community awareness
• Collaborate with loan officers and branch teammates to produce authentic, people-focused content
• Track analytics and engagement data to refine content performance
• Stay current on marketing trends and social media best practices
• Occasionally assist with local marketing events, photo shoots, or special campaigns

Qualifications

• Adequate experience with social media management, videography, or digital marketing (professional or personal)
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of humor
• Comfortable filming people and fostering a fun, relaxed environment on camera
• Bonus: Familiarity with real estate, lending, or small business marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
