Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media strategies with online sales efforts.
- Engage in relationship management with influencers and partners to expand reach.
- Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Excellent content creation skills with a focus on branding and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion strategies.
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
