We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Engage with followers through social listening, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
- Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts and manage reputation management initiatives.
- Oversee e-commerce integrations and promotional activities to support online sales channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, graphic design, and photography to continuously improve strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing projects.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and other paid media strategies.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations tactics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
