We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract clients and guests, and support business growth across properties, events, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real estate listings, property developments, and hospitality services.
- Manage social media channels, website content, email newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, virtual tours, and promotional videos.
- Plan and promote marketing initiatives for hotels and restaurants, including seasonal offers, special events, and guest experience campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and external partners to support property launches, special events, and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support PR initiatives, including media outreach and press releases for new properties or services.
- Assist in managing advertising budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with property listing platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) and hospitality booking platforms (Seven Rooms, Triple Seat, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills to support property and hospitality marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
