Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Design eye-catching graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for posts and campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize engagement
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management to foster relationships
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Web analytics, and platform insights; prepare reports to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice consistency
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management, digital marketing, and emerging platforms

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Web analytics, and keyword research techniques
  • Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms like Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and branding consistency
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns and report on performance metrics
  • Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of visual storytelling through photography or video editing
  • Knowledge of e-commerce integration within social media channels is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
