Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Manage daily content creation including writing posts, designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, editing videos with video editing tools, and curating multimedia content aligned with brand voice.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations around our brand, industry trends, and competitors; analyze insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to reach specific audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels; oversee the creation of promotional materials that support product launches and campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and platform-specific insights; prepare reports to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and engaging with followers in real-time.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for content visibility; optimize content for search engines to increase organic reach.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through relationship management strategies to amplify brand presence.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts.
  • Maintain proofreading standards for all content ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional campaigns, and visual assets that drive online sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing strategy, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Skilled in video editing software; ability to produce high-quality visual content that captures audience attention.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns along with a solid understanding of social media algorithms and advertising policies.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from various platforms to inform strategic decisions; comfortable working with web analytics tools.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $33,600.00 - $54,091.14 per year
