Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, managing social media channels, and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, digital marketing techniques, and content creation to drive engagement and growth.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing skills
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
  • Optimize content for SEO and incorporate relevant keywords through keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly using web analytics tools
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community relationships to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, e-commerce integrations, and social media innovations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and social listening tools
  • Excellent content creation skills including writing, photography, video editing, and proofreading
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategy adjustments and improve engagement metrics
  • Strong relationship management skills for community engagement and influencer collaborations
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus
