Position Overview

We are seeking a creative person to develop, implement, and oversee our social media strategy across social platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled at creating engaging content, growing brand awareness, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. They will be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track analytics, and prepare regular reports to measure ROI and engagement.
  • Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
  • Collaborate with like minded creators for partnerships.
  • Respond to community interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase content visibility.
  • Manage Advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach targeted audiences.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships (relationship management).
  • Analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics to assess campaign performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and influencer marketing is a plus.
